Mr. Babiak has been with Chester Community Charter School since the 2009-2010 school year. He began his journey with CCCS as a 6th grade teacher and transitioned to teaching 7th and 8th grade science. After several years in the classroom, he moved to the other middle school, West B, as the Building Director. During his time with Chester Community Charter School he has had the privilege to serve as a teacher mentor, lead curriculum development teams, and oversee after school programs, while serving on several committees and teams.
Mr. Babiak received his Master's of Educational Leadership and Curriculum Supervisor certifications from Saint Joseph’s University. He received his Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from West Chester University.
He is a firm believer in the importance of collaboration between parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure every child is given the opportunity to achieve success. He believes it is the entire community's responsibility to provide the children of Chester and Upland with the tools and experiences that will enable them to reach their greatest potential.
