Ms. Raqueebah Burch is proud to join the Chester Community Charter School Community as the newly appointed Principal of Building West C, the learning community for grades 3 through 5 scholars. Ms. Burch brings 17 years of experience as an educator. Most recently, Ms. Burch served for three years as the Principal at the General George G. Meade School, in The School District of Philadelphia. She also served as the Assistant Principal at The Promise Academy @ West Philadelphia High School, as well as four years as an Assistant Principal in The Southeast Delco School District. 

Prior to her administrative roles, Ms. Burch worked as a Curriculum and Testing Coordinator and taught for several years in both the district and charter school arenas. Ms. Burch is driven by her belief in building positive and sustainable relationships through parental engagement. She works to ensure equitable opportunities for all learners by creating access to quality instruction for all students. 

Ms. Burch received her Master of Science in Educational Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University, her Master of Science in Elementary Education from Saint Joseph’s University and her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Temple University.
